IdleHands is your way of making sure you don't get disconnected while you're gone. You can also use it to update your description, or respond automatically to people while you're away.

There are multiple different featurs in IdleHands that you might want to take advantage of. First of all, you can set the length of time that you're inactive, (not doing anything on the Furcadia window) before your AFK or AFF settings are triggered. No need to manually set yourself away when you get up to get a drink of water or snack!

Customize your away description so that people know when you're away, how long you've been away. If you'd like, you could even tell them what you're doing.

Let people who whisper you know you're away! Please remember that variables are case sensitive. %player gives the players name, but %PLAYER just sends %PLAYER.

Being annoyed? Don't like people in general? Blacklist them, (or Whitelist them). Invert your blacklist, (creating a whitelist) to control incoming and outgoing messages even more.

Determine what shows up on your screen and in your logfiles when you return from being away. This will not be posted to other players.
